Claire has 15 years of experience working with The Bank of New York Mellon and shares with us her extensive organisational and operational skills. She brings with her a Company commendation award for outstanding contribution to the business and has very quickly become a valued member of the Bespoke team.
As Manager of our Swindon office, Claire runs an efficient, organised and very friendly environment. She is generally, the first person you will speak to and if she can’t help immediately, she will always know who can!
Anne Messer FCMI, FRSPH
Bespoke has been established since 2006 and became incorporated in 2011. We are based in old Town, Swindon and we are an ISO9001 accredited business.
With more than 23 years of experience in training course design, development and delivery, Anne has extensive experience of Training Operations Management with responsibility for large teams. It is Anne's ability to listen exquisitely, offer practical suggestions based on her own Management experience and deliver practical solutions to suit your needs based on this.
Anne specialises in the design and delivery of Leadership and Management programmes and has expertise in delivering to both large audiences and working with individuals on a one to one basis as well as being a qualified Executive Coach. She also delivers team building, personal impact and communication skills events where her highly energetic, interactive style of delivery plays to her strengths.

Lorraine Stevens MCIPD - Associate Specialist Trainer
Lorraine runs her own very successful HR Consultancy Practice and brings HR expertise to the team with over 20 years’ experience in a variety of roles, in both the manufacturing and service industries. Lorraine has been able to translate her Corporate experience into practical, value added solutions for smaller businesses, proactively helping them improve performance and operates for a number of smaller businesses as their Outsourced HR Manager.
Lorraine sees herself as a facilitator of learning, using a participative and consultative training style and a variety of methods such as exercises, discussions, case studies and role play to encourage thinking and learning.

Annmarie Higgins - Associate Specialist Trainer
As a highly experienced consultant and professional development trainer and facilitator, Annmarie’s first role was a medical microbiologist working for the NHS and private health care. Later she qualified in Environmental Health where she discovered a passion for teaching and training. In conjunction with her teaching career Annmarie has developed numeracy resources and written maths papers for awarding bodies. She has experience of a wealth of consultancy positions on numerous national development programmes targeted at quality improvement and professional development for teachers, assessors and managers.
She has a professional, dynamic and engaging style of training, facilitation, and consultancy underpinned by extensive knowledge of the demands of the education sector with a passion for teaching and learning.
Annmarie holds a PGCE and is qualified to Masters level in both Executive Coaching and Leadership and Management. As an accredited trainer to the CIEH Annmarie can offer the following accredited training programmes: Food Safety Awareness, Level 2 Award in Food Safety Catering/Manufacturing, Level 3 Award in Food Safety Catering/Manufacturing, Stress Awareness Certificate, Level 1 Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace, Level 3 Award in Training Principles and Practice, Level 3 Award in Education and Training (formally PTLLS).
Sandra Mansfield - Associate Specialist Trainer
Sandra is an accredited professional with 10 years of experience in Training, Coaching and Business Development and 18 years IT experience gained in a range of Technical, Managerial and Consultative roles within a variety of industry sectors, liaising with staff and management at all levels. Sandra is an excellent communicator with a solid commercial background, who has the people skills to get the best out of individuals, works extremely well with others and thrives on new challenges.
Sandra is a MiRo Behavioural Profiling practitioner, has completed an Introduction to Teaching in Higher Education (to Masters Level), has an Advanced Diploma in Professional Coaching and Mentoring, an accreditation in Life Coaching and is currently studying for her Diploma in NLP.
Lindsay Marcer - Associate Specialist Trainer - Chartered MCIPD
Lindsay Marcer is an experienced facilitator and L&D specialist with over 20 years experience within the public, private and voluntary sectors. Her specialisms in L&D are in Leadership, Management, Teamworking and interpersonal skills and she uses a variety of tools, techniques and psychometrics to deliver this work depending on the requirements of the client. Lindsay works with people at all levels of organisations.
Lindsay is a fully qualified Chartered MCIPD (Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development), has a Certificate in Training Practice and is qualified to administer MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) Steps 1 and 2, and Emotional Intelligence Profiling.
Martin Weaving - Professional Associate
Whilst not strictly a part of the Bespoke team, Martin joined us in 2014 as a Professional Associate and has since become an integral and essential part of our Business. His business, The Key Business Marketing was established 2008 based on 10 years of successful experience working in telemarketing.
He works very closely with us to determine a target market for our service (size, sector, location etc.), then he tracks down the relevant decision makers and makes contact with them to arrange a formal meeting for us.

Karen Griffiths - Associate Professional Trainer
Karen joined the team at Bespoke in August 2011 and brings with her a number of years experience in teaching and training. Her association with Anne goes back to their teenage years and so their professional relationship is very much based on a strong foundation - a foundation that has grown to reveal a very similar mind set; both are passionate about bringing out the best in other people and to do this they dig deep to bring out the best in themselves too. Until recently Karen was a secondary school English teacher achieving "outstanding" status. Having helped young people up to the age of eighteen develop the skills they needed to learn and achieve their potential, Karen continues to work on a voluntary basis to support young people, establishing herself as an extremely capable and professional communicator in her own field. It is in this latter role that Karen has taken the exciting step to join Anne as an Associate professional trainer Karen's expertise lies in her ability to transfer the wide range of skills she has acquired in equipping young people for the "real world" and developing the skills of those already in the world of work.
